Article 3 — The approval workflow

Once submitted, a use case moves through:

  1. Triage — a Reviewer claims it, records a decision + rationale, and chooses which assessments are required.
  2. Assessment — the relevant reviews from the six types (Risk, DPIA, Consumer Duty, Vendor, Bias, FRIA).
  3. Approval — the Reviewer approves, or routes high-tier cases to the AIGC committee for a vote.
  4. Live — once approved and gone live, a periodic-review clock starts (annual for Low/Medium, semi-annual for High).

AIGC votes carry a quorum (>50% of members; the Chair breaks ties). Approvals can be conditional, with conditions tracked to completion.
